There could be many reasons why you’re looking for psychotherapy/counselling. It could be due to a particular issue or a number of issues that are troubling you or causing distress; perhaps, you’re experiencing a general sense of discontent and unease that’s more difficult to describe.

Whatever brings you to counselling/psychotherapy, I aim to provide a safe environment where we can explore what’s most relevant for you, at your pace and for the number of sessions you need. Communicating empathy towards you and your experiences alongside providing a warm, non-judgmental therapy space are the cornerstones of my therapy practice, as is responding to you with authenticity and compassion.
